District 54 Conference Volunteer Opportunities (Submit Form)

 Volunteering in hospitality at a conference means being a friendly, welcoming face—helping attendees feel comfortable, answering questions, and creating a positive first impression that sets the tone for the entire event. 

 Volunteering at the registration and welcome desk means greeting attendees with a smile, checking them in efficiently, and providing essential information to help them start their conference experience smoothly. 

Volunteering for the workshops means assisting the workshop speakers in anyway needed. Timing, Introducing, or assisting with Q&A.

Volunteering for audio and visual means assisting Chris Kostelec as he manages and maintains the audio and visual needs of the conference. Some A&V experience appreciated.

Volunteering for the Evaluation Contest consist of being a judge, ballot counter, timer, or even a pattern speaker. 

Volunteering for the International Speech Contest consist of being a judge, ballot counter, or a timer.
